TRAINING PROGRAM – MULTI COMPANY VITAL IMPORTANCE

The growing need for immediate and continuous presence on Social Media (SM) drives businesses towards in-house video production. In many cases, the in- house production tasks are assigned to current personnel from various departments, who may have limited or no technical training.

While the benefits of in-house production are substantial, companies must also address the challenges stemming from the lack of specialized skills among employees taking on these new responsibilities. This creates a range of challenges for both the staff involved in video content creation and for the business itself.

Key Benefits Problems and Challenges
Flexibility in Frequency and Content Type:
Businesses can create content as often as they want, maintaining a consistent presence on social media.
Production Quality:
Poor analysis, problematic sound, unstable image, incorrect framing, viewpoint, inappropriate lighting.
Authenticity and Spontaneity in Content:
In many instances, the audience prefers it over more formal productions.
Time-Consuming Corrections and Conversions:
Increased production time leading to more hours spent on error corrections.
Immediate Response and Adaptation to Audience Preferences:
The moment an event occurs, fostering audience loyalty through the interactive relationship created in the comments between the business and its audience.
Inability to Respond to Immediate Needs:
Reduced flexibility of the business and delays in seizing opportunities to engage with its audience due to a lack of skills.
Lower Production Cost:
Compared to hiring a professional crew.
Increased Costs:
In cases where the work must be outsourced due to faulty productions that need to be redone from scratch.

With the training program “Video Production: Equipment and Operation,” participants will have the opportunity to acquire the necessary knowledge and skills regarding:

  • Proper use of image, sound equipment and software,
  • Creation of engaging content, and
  • Improvement of the quality of videos and other audio-visual materials.

In this way, the business ensures a more effective and professional presence on social media, while reducing unnecessary costs and production time, thereby strengthening its competitive position.
