TRAINING PROGRAM – MULTI COMPANY VITAL IMPORTANCE

Businesses and organizations involved in the production, organization, and hosting of events and other artistic performances must comply with Health and Safety Legislation and Regulations in order to ensure safe and healthy working conditions for both workers and attendees at event venues.

However, non-compliance with the basic provisions of the legislation and safe work practices is often observed, due to a lack of knowledge, specialization, and understanding that events and productions fall under Health and Safety legislation. As a result, the safety and health of both workers and attendees may be compromised.

The purpose of the program is to develop specialized knowledge, skills, and attitudes related to the safe planning and implementation of events and artistic performances, with consideration for the health and safety of all involved parties, in accordance with the legislation on Health and Safety that governs such activities.

By training their staff, organizations will be able to ensure that:

  • They comply with Health and Safety Legislation
  • They safeguard the health and safety of their workforce as well as any attendees
  • They carry out high-quality and safe events and other artistic performances
  • They increase employee productivity

The program is approved as a Multi-Enterprise Scheme by the Human Resource Development Authority (HRDA) in Cyprus and provides the opportunity for participant funding.
